1. DO NOT place fake orders. All fraudulent orders placed by previous or possible customers will be cancelled. If you have a pending order and you place fraudulent orders or pose as a potential customer under a different name, you will be BANNED from accessing our site, order cancelled, and your ability for refund will be voided. We have a zero tolerance policy for such acts. 

2. Be Polite to staff - entitled and rude behavior is not allowed and can result in a myriad of consequences including bans and loss of refund. Threats, including harm to staff, legal and to report to any agency will not be tolerated and will result in an instant cancellation and loss of refund. 

3. DO not spam staff, Especially our phone number. This will result in you being blocked from the website and contact avenues. 

4. Posting false information online in order to harm our brand is not acceptable and will result in your pending order being canceled and a loss of refund.
